Are you an HOA?

No. The Improvement Club maintains community amenities like the boat ramp, club house, little free libraries, and benches. We also gather for social activities like bingo night!

How do I change my personal information?

You can update name, email address and other personal information by emailing [email protected].

Who does Emergency Preparedness in the neighborhood?

A group of members is championing our local neighborhood prep. Resources will be available in a future update.

When are the meetings?

The second Saturday of even-numbered months; social hour and potluck begins at 5:30pm and the meeting at 6:30pm.

How much are membership dues?

A household membership is $40 annually. Reminders are sent in July, along with the annual newsletter, “The Banter.”
